Why I created The Human Core?
After more than 30 years leading teams across business, international NGOs and multicultural environments, I came to a simple realization: the most complex organizational challenges are rarely strategic. They are deeply human.
I believe sustainable transformation begins when people feel safe enough to think differently, speak honestly and act together.
That insight led me to explore coaching, group dynamics and psychotherapy—not as separate disciplines, but as complementary perspectives on how people, teams and organizations respond under pressure.
Today, TheHumanCore helps organizations strengthen collective judgement when the answers are no longer obvious.
