Eric's Journey

I have worked across corporations, international NGOs and multicultural environments where leadership decisions carried significant human, organizational and strategic consequences.

I have led teams, managed change, navigated uncertainty and worked in environments where alignment could not be taken for granted.

Those experiences taught me something simple: Organizations rarely struggle because of strategy alone.

More often, challenges emerge when competing priorities, unspoken tensions, power dynamics and questions of identity begin to shape decisions beneath the surface.

Today, I advise leaders, executive teams and mission-driven organizations facing situations where the usual answers no longer seem sufficient.
